Deer Butchery

The course runs from 9am to 4/5pm, and includes half a carcass for a trainee to take home.

We provide lunch, tea and coffee, or if you prefer you can bring your own.

This course is run for two candidates and each candidate prepares half of a skinned carcass to packaging.

This will be meat you have prepared yourself, vacuumed packed and labelled.

£220 per person, including half a carcass.
